Frequently Asked Questions
I thought Steele Roberts published a particular book, but I can’t find it on your website. What’s happened?
Don’t panic — we’re continually loading books onto our website. If you can’t find the book you’re looking for, send us an email (or call us on +64 4 384 4222) and we’ll get it online for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If the book you want is oversize or heavy, please contact us for the cost (outside New Zealand). Our oversize and heavy books can vary considerably in shipping cost, and we want to make sure you’re getting the best price.
Our cart uses your IP to choose a default shipping location for NZ, if you are outside NZ, the option is not available. Please email us and we can work out the cost of shipping to you, prepaid before we send it out to you.
For Australian addresses, allow about NZD$21 to $30 for weights of <1kg.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, and we charge all orders in New Zealand dollars. If you hover over the price with your mouse, you’ll see an approximate conversion in other currencies.
Why are you not accepting any more submissions until further notice?
With existing commitments to finish, we cannot take on any more submissions until further notice … unless the submission is accompanied by ’round-the-world’ business class air tickets, or an underwritten guarantee of 10,000+ sales!
What’s your privacy policy?
You can find our privacy policy here.
Kia ora,
Are you still selling William Minchin’s ‘Wellington: the Dark Side’? I can’t find it on your website.
Ngā mihi,
Roger
Kia ora Roger – Apologies for the (lengthy!) delay….and to tell you that the book — Wellington: the Dark Side — is now out of print – which is why it’s not on the website.
Ngā mihi,
Christine Roberts
Are you going to get additional copies of the book “Stay Strong” by Rhianna Boyd. I’d like a copy.
