I thought Steele Roberts published a particular book, but I can’t find it on your website. What’s happened?
Don’t panic — we’re continually loading books onto our website. If you can’t find the book you’re looking for, send us an email (or call us on +64 4 384 4222) and we’ll get it online for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If the book you want is oversize or heavy, please contact us for the cost. Our oversize and heavy books can vary considerably in shipping cost, and we want to make sure you’re getting the best price.

Our cart uses your IP to choose a default shipping location, but if it’s not right, you can change it with the “calculate shipping” link in the cart. Click on “calculate shipping”, then enter a country and post code. After choosing a shipping option, you can go to checkout and complete the transaction as usual.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, and we charge all orders in New Zealand dollars. If you hover over the price with your mouse, you’ll see an approximate conversion in other currencies.

Why are you not accepting any more submissions until further notice?
With existing commitments to finish, we cannot take on any more submissions until further notice … unless the submission is accompanied by ’round-the-world’ business class air tickets, or an underwritten guarantee of 10,000+ sales!
