About the author
Lauris Edmond’s second daughter, Frances Edmond, is a screenwriter, actress, film director and playwright, and is Lauris’s literary executor.
Retired psychologist Sue Fitchett is a conservationist and firefighter, and like Frances lives on Waiheke Island. Co-author and editor of several poetry books (including On the Wing), she was Louis Johnson bursar 2001/2002 and co-winner NZ Poetry Society’s International Competition in 1998.
